I was so excited when I connected with Gavin about this surprise engagement. While his partner Brooke wasn’t at all surprised by the “will you” question, (as it had been a long time coming), it was beautiful nonetheless to see the joy on her face when Gavin knelt to ask. We enjoyed a warm Cape Cod evening tiptoeing through sand and low-tide pools. It was a true joy and honor to be asked to capture their love on camera!
